Tails is in the picture because Tails is best "girl".
So back in 2021 I wanted to draw summer pics and I needed a character theme. After some deciding from my OCs to Pokemon to MLP I finally went with Sonic characters. Here is the very first summer pic I drew of them. These will feature only the female Sonic characters (excluding Tails) without making them look slutty or in lewd bikinis with the exception of Rouge because Rouge is nothing but lewd.
