I think someone said in another recent pic that you had male anatomy down to a T. Personally, I believe that this pic shows that you've got female anatomy down to a similar level of professional awesomeness as well, dude. As always, very awesome job on her eyes and overall surprised expression on her face, and I like how you went about drawing scales on the dragon girl. :)
Truthfully though...the pose, hips and thighs stand out to me most in this pic. Can't get enough of DOSE... *ahem*...those thighs. Sorry 'bout that.
