Alright guys got another character for you.
This time Menagerie 13's handler General Aiden Kaspar.
Formally a hired hitman specializing in political targets, he was facing the death penalty in several countries until he was scooped up by Echidna. They'd keep him from the firing squads as long as he reared a group of their elite soldiers and the rest is history.
He has a close relationship with each of the members of Menagerie 13 being he was their sole parental figure for most of their lives and though he won't freely admit it he does care about them as well.
