I built a bar in my Minecraft goblincore/fantasy roleplay realm, and I'm using a peaceful Piglin brute as the bartender. I just realized I haven't thought of a name for him yet, but I have been using the name tags in game to give NPCs little bits of "dialogue," so to speak.

All this is built in survival mode, and I use commands to create NPCs.
