Literally... #2 =P
I must be feeling adventurous today. Not only was this pose artistically challenging, but also I almost never draw 'messy' pictures (and to be fair, this one is pretty tame compared to ones others draw...)
A little story to go along with this:
It was an hour past lunchtime, and Ms. Lemming's kindergarten class had been let outside for recess. A little bat by the name of Aero happily trotted over to the swingset before they were all taken, but as he grabbed the swing's chains he felt his stomach gurgle.
"Uh-oh..." he muttered to himself. It wouldn't be long before he messed his diaper. A messy diaper generally went unnoticed in his class, but that didn't take away from the fact that it was embarrassing!
Blushing, Aero gently pressed on his stomach, whimpering as he felt his otherwise clean diaper bulge out in the back.
"I guess the swings will have to wait..." Aero said to himself as he finished, and went off to the nurse's office for a change.

Hehe, in my furry world there is a 'special-ed' type class in schools for older cubs who still have potty troubles. It isn't completely unheard of for five-year-olds to still be in diapers (or pull-ups), and these types of classes help their self-confidence because they are around those with similar problems.
Yeah, I try to make my diapers more realistic. Diapers these days are made much thinner than in the past, especially for older kids, so there wouldn't be a huge bulge in clothing unless the clothing is tight. When messed in they may bulge slightly, but not an extreme amount.
