Pole dancing is getting to be quite popular these days and it really is good for strength and flexibility; good cardio, too. And fun, too. So I'm not surprised that Runemist might be into it. :)
The pose is particularly difficult, you did pretty well with it. She's holding herself up by one hand, though; are her hands really that strong? Her left leg looks a bit thin to me, but that could just be me. All-in-all it's very pretty, I really think this one is beyond your usual level of excellence, it's one of yoru best.

Yeah I did make the leg too thin it seems... Both of them in general should be a bit stronger. As well her body should be a bit stronger, I overexaggerated her slenderness a bit...

As for support though, it actually goes with pole dancing to use a minimum of two points of support to keep yourself up, which isn't always both hands... They learn how to pitch the bar between legs, or even catch it on areas like the skin of the stomach. Her hand is her main support, but she has the bar pinched with one leg, and braced with the ankle of the extended one.
