Tortoise King is a character in Dobutsu. As his name would suggest, he is the ruler of the Tortoise Kingdom. He and his people serve the Lizard Kingdom, with Tortoise King himself working with Lizard King as an adviser. The wisest amount the turtles, Tortoise King is revered by many for is extensive knowledge. He is also quite eccentric and often speaks in proverb.
