Random comic page time! This is the beginning of chapter 3 of my ongoing graphic novel, 'Heritage', where in a bid to find a way to undo the curse he's under, Blackjack goes digging in his distant past. I don't think he's going to like what he finds but let's leave that for him to find out, shall we? Anyway, that's not what he's concerned about at this exact point in time.
I would upload it here, but there's no folder system and I don't want to flood my gallery with it. Still, it's on my website, for anyone interested. And Drunk Duck, Smackjeeves etc (but the official DS site's most up to date) I'm up to page 90-something now.

I can understand that, there's never enough hours in the day! ^^ Glad you noticed the improvement though (personally I think chapter 4 shows the biggest jump) - this comic's been quite an artistic journey for me. Maybe one day I'll go back and tidy up the older pages but for now I need to keep the forward momentum going. Thank you
No problem! I know that it's good to hear these comments every once in a while.
I am currently working on a comic myself, but I have been running into dead ends due to the stuff I do not draw or draw often enough.
Should not be too much longer before I finally start it though... just my lack of a human character vocabulary is what is killing me; drawing the human head let alone repeat the same design at different angles. :/

Besides wanting to tell the story, one of the reasons I push myself to keep going at this is to try and get myself to draw outside my comfort zone, with an aim to improve my anatomy, perspective and environments for a start (still not perfect, but I try :D).
And I can identify with that! Human heads/faces are still a struggle for me. Maybe you could have a bash at that 25-expressions meme? (still working on it for my human chars, myself). If you've any money to spare, I recommend this book: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/0823016714/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_2?pf_rd_p=103612307&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=1886801819&pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_r=096TVK8ZKZJPZ06CZDZ2 When I get really stuck, I pick a page at random and try and sketch the heads..
