Thanks. Although I will admit, I was a bit wary talking about palestine because I've seen so many pro-ukraine people who are soulless hypocrites on that matter. Hell even the prime minister of ukraine himself, who's country is being partially occupied by Russia's imperialism is a zionist, an ideology that is currently also enforcing it's own occupation on Palestine (The kind of twisted irony one can only expect from our hellhole of a world lol).

It's impossible for me to be paranoid of Pro-Russia people because in the US the politics and nature of character of those types of people can be sniffed out a mile away. But for Pro-Israel folks, you could meet the most genuine, kindest, and empathetic progressive but only through getting to know them better will you have the horrific realization of "OH. This person basically glazes if not STRAIGHT UP SUPPORTS Colonial White Supremacy and Anti-Arab Rascism because they think it's Jewish Liberation. Great."

All I'm trying to say really with my needless blabbering is it's that even if I may never fully agree on issues with a lot of people (yourself included), to hold solidarity with someone on matters of basic empathy and humanity is truly something that I will always cherish.

Oh god yeah I get it. People are either pro Ukraine and anti Palestine because they fucking hate arabs or vice versa because western leftists think that USSR was liberating people and because they're buying Russian propaganda and underestimate Russian imperialism. And this is such a shitshow, like what's wrong with you people, why aren't you against ALL genocides?

From my perspective I've met leftists with whom I wholly agree with until I see them using hammer and sickle, a symbol, equivalent to swastika, or worse, them saying that Russia is a liberal country. Right in front of me. And I'm fucking Russian immigrant. This is ultimately very annoying and I've blocked a lot people over this. I'm saying this because Pro Russia rhetoric is dangerous as well. Right now, Russia, aside from Ukraine, also sends their own people to interrupt with the politics of countries that used to be part of USSR before. I've seen with my eyes Georgia turning into Russian bootlicker country with very same laws targeting people like me. Georgia was the place where I could finally get HRT and now they have LGBT ban, they murder and imprison independent journalists. I've migrated to another country that has parliamentary election soon and the majority of their parties are Pro Russia and there's one or two that support EU integration (yes, EU deserves all criticisms, but for Eastern Europe it's a must have to be integrated to EU).

This is why for me, a Russian guy, Eastern European politics are top priority. Because MY people are behind genocidal and oppressive authoritarian regime and Ukraine is literally holding all Europe from falling apart.

I understand your priority here as well, US (if that's the country you're in) has more to do with Palestinian genocide. I may not understand the whole situation as well as I do understand Ukranian genocide, but I wish Palestine to be free
