-was created by using Meowth DNA and Princess Buburina’s DNA with a small but of diapercritter floof and gel as a binding agent
-shares a bit of Buburina’s personality mainly having the tittle of Princess, but is friendlier and acts like a big sister
-able to make others floof poop into their diaper until their massive doughy diaper blobs by touching them with her claws
-loves rolling and smooshing those she diaper blobed for some fun
-mark found on right thigh

Story:
One day as Melody was doing some royal errands when she received a strange and silly report, describing how many people in Crownreef have been suddenly floof pooping their pamps, turning into massive doughy diaper blobs. After reading the report, she went to investigate herself and sure enough, she witnessed many have loaded their diapers and have become diaper blobed, wobbling and squirming helplessly as Melody giggled a little. As she kept following the trail of diaperblobed people, she came across what looked to be a meowth in a pink silk hood, with a very plump poofy diaper butt, wobbling as the meowth touched a few people with her claws, with Melody witnessing them massive loading their diaper rapidly and soon becoming fresh diaper blobs. The meowth soon noticed Melody’s presence and turned to her, introducing herself as Princess Pamparina, princess of all things poofy plump and doughy, retracting her claws to shake hands with Melody, which they did. Melody noticed and inquired about her mark, but before she could explain, Pamparina told her she already knew what she was and had actually been looking to join up with the other Ragtags on her own, surprising Melody a bit. Afterwards, the two of them rolled the diaper blobed people to a safe place as they then headed back to the palace, ready for Melody to contact the Ragtags.
