It depends on what the traitor considers to be the another traitor. If someone is fully 100% machiavellian then probably they wouldn't have enough trust for betrayal to be actual betrayal, but otherwise it could happen when instead of a pawn on the board, the traitor considers the another traitor to be a friend... it may sound confusing as I look at it.

Yeah, it's pretty convoluted. Suffice it to say that in these latter days I look back and realize I've taken a thousand back stabs, should have died long ago, and I've finally come to realize that to save the person that's done that I have to tell the truth to save us both. It's really difficult, I hope it works out, yet even if it doesn't this road is at an end because of so many bad decisions. The whole Lancelot white knight thing doesn't work when the castle is rotting and you're surrounded by so many monsters the only alternative is death.
