hey ya, this was located at the base of Arakura Sengen Shrine, in the town of Fujiyoshida, Japan. I don't really know what the yard is for, but I thought this looked cool, no idea what trains were there sorry. I think trains are kind of cool, but i'm not a "train" guy. but the blue and white train in the back is themed and painted with Fuji-san

That's a Fujikyu 2000 series electric multiple unit. :D

The *only* reason I know that is that someone once posted a picture of it elsewhere online, without any context whatsoever. I had to crop it down to just the Japanese characters on the side, paint out the background around the characters, and run the image through a Japanese OCR program in order to find out what it was.
The railroad that ran them stopped using them in 2016. They used stickers to make Fuji-san "cry" on the last day:

The particular one in your photo is probably #2001, as it was apparently preserved after it was taken out of service.
