I think the some of the first fanac art I showed to others was through ElfQuest fandom.

This kinda makes me wince. ^_^;;

I did this before Ember & Suntop were featured in EQ as teens (or possibly early 20s, it's been a while). For references of the kids as teens, I used 'Ember Grown Up' from one of the ElfQuest Gatherums, and an image of Suntop imagining his grown-up self (probably from the Siege at Blue Mountain story arc).
