This is a character I created about seven days ago, I'm still working on her character right now. But I have a good amount of information on her to share.

This is Kelly Cathaway's fraternal twin sister Celine Cathaway. While Kelly has a cat appearance, I wanted to Celine to have a fox appearance with cat features present, so that the family relation could still be recognized along with the large hair that fans out in the back, and the large ears that all the Cathaway girls have. With Celine, I aimed to give her a softer appearance than I did for her sister Kelly. So she has more rounded features than Kelly does. Celine has two tails, because like how Kelly references Rouge The Bat and Catwoman, I decided to have Celine reference Tails from Sonic The Hedgehog. So with the addition of Celine, Kelly now has two sisters.
