Cardinal Hash is a Cardinal within the Artimmus Church and gives shelter to our protagonist on his arrival to Port Alba, but in this church where silver is held above all else there are some doubts as to where their intentions truly lie. Hash works to appease the naval officers who seek to enforce the law concerning foreigners coming to his church and Pandora brings quite a bit of trouble into the owl's nest.
