This is a version of human Vio if he had a sinner form in hell.
In life, Viorel Viola was a multi-talented criminal from the 80s. He had no definite affilations with the many crime organizations he worked with, but he was well respected for his efficiency in his work. He often planned hits, brokered valuable information, sold weapons, created recreational substances, and even manipulated important public figures. This all ended when he was accidentally gunned down by a drive-by hit squad who could not aim well and control their firearms. Vio was unlucky enough to be next to their intended target, whom actually came out alive and fled.
In hell, Vio continued on with his fixer work as it was all he knew and was good at. This time he lugs a large ballistic and heavily modified shield just in case. He also may or may not be affiliated with Valentino. Moths do tend to stick with other moths afterall.
Vio may be a terrible person, but he does have some honor. He prefers not to blackmail and overall be forceful on other people. He instead opts for a more stalker-ish route in learning what his targets desire. With the info he gathered, he can simply bribe others with what they want.
