I'm so bad at doing backgrounds.
I actually didn't do too bad on this one. The perspective of Rouge and SonicFan floating over Chuo Street, a location from my beloved childhood classic Jet Set Radio Future looks pretty good. Also I love that haze graffiti that I did below Rouge.
And for those who don't know why I reuploaded this despite it being a Sonic request, it's because Rouge is one of the older Sonic characters, I mean, she can't be young because her design is clearly more adult than the other female Sonic characters so I consider Rouge one of the only Sonic characters who can be inflated without it being underaged inflation.
