This is Mr. Freeze as a polar bear, based on Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (movie).
Unlike the comic, aside from his gun and cryotanks, he's completely in the buff, which is strange
considering he needs that to be alive (as far as I know). I also changed his weapon to be something
simpler, and I gave him my bears' body proportions
