What happens when clown Lugia, clown Antylamon, and ToonyTent combine their wacky pranks and colossal clown chaos into one being? You get the Galactic Ringmaster, a being inflated to the size of a massive planet, who rains down giant pies and other clown goodness upon unsuspecting planets! Then they're all pulled inside his tent body, which contains his collection of clown planets that form an entire circus galaxy, where sadness and depression give way to endless giggles and fun that will soon span the universe itself!
