In the Latimas Au, Lati-Ingo and Lati-Emmet are the Bosses of the Gear Station Explores/Rescue Guild, located in the abandoned train station and sometimes they have to deal with a lot of paper work.
Also here’s another headcannon I have for Latias and Latios, while they have always been depicted sleeping on the ground, I like to believe they have the ability to sleep while floating, sort of like with Dolphins they can alternate which half of the brain is sleeping periodically so that they can get some rest if they have to travel across the sky for long periods of time. So in this case, it would be the part of the brain that helps control their ability to Levitate.
Usually the ‘Resting’ Lati will be holding hands with another of their kind so they don’t wander/crash into anything while being in the 'sleepy’ state.
