My BG3 draconic bloodline sorcerer made me real happy, so I had him done up by 
neltruin!
He's also been the basis for the illithid character I am playing in one of my games. While not the same as the one I played in BG3, the appearance is the same. Well, before ceremorphosis that is. He still uses Alter Self to appear as his old self when he needs to. Been a lot of fun getting these pieces of my D&D characters made :)
