Yeah, I have the "problem" all my drawings come out too cute even those which I tried to draw mean and aggressive

Try do a session of faces emotions. Maybe you will find the aggressive at making his characters at bored, angry, annoyed emotions.
Did you think made his own fursona body inflate? As my fursona do.

Personaly, I find nice the inflatofurs, but not to draw them, i prefer the inflation via giant balloons under clothes

Well I can tell you it's hard to make a fat or inflated character look "serious" or "angry". For some reason people do not associate those things together. Sometimes it's even like that in real life.
