I think you ought to have given us a little taste of his powers on the cover. This is highly awesome either way.

Nah, first issues never spill anything serious on the front cover. The main aim is just to give an example of the main character's looks and his/her name so people know who to look for from then on when the next issues come out with the typical scene type cover where the char. isn't featured in profile.

Not too sure about that displaced 'L' in Elasto but it's a neat idea nonetheless.

It will not remain displaced.. I don't like it either. Looks like "El Asto!" Which is amusing, and not ENTIRELY inacurate I guess, given Bren's willingness to abuse certain aspects of his powers.. BUT.. it's not exactly what I was going for!
