Personality:
Lila is a clumsy Latias and hard to to keep up with. She is very optimistic, idealistic and always sees the good in everyone she meets. Lila is a huge fan of Isolde and her world-saving activities and wish to join her team one day. She is a great flyer but sucks at landing and tends to crash into things. She also doesn't have great spatial awareness and tends to try and fit into small shops despite being quite a large pokemon. Despite her positive outlook, she tends to hide her negative side from others and not have them worry about her. Lila tends to rely on having a leader of some kind, someone to follow as she was used to that with her Latios brother.

Background:
Lila came from a faraway place with her brother in search of protection from mystery dungeons that were afflicting other pokemon. She heard of Isolde and Light and how they saved the world from paralysis, this inspired Lila to want to become an explorer herself. Her legendary status do get in the way unfortunately, she just wanted to be like other normal pokemon. She currently helps pokemon by giving them lift to different places. This made her acquainted to Isabelle who always taken frequently flights with the Latias.
