Some tidbits about Alcina's personality and background, as shared by her creator:

"Personality: At first glance Alcina may seem a little intimidating with her blue skin and bright orange hair on top of being a tiefling, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Alcina enjoys helping anyone she can and just wants to be of use to those around her, especially her friends. Though she should charge gold for it, she enjoys making and giving magic items, such as rings or gloves, as gifts to people. She tends to get shy easily and is easy to read when she gets nervous as her eyes start to shift every which way. However, she’s extremely reliable in a fight and will do anything to come out victorious.

Background: Born to a human and a cambion, Alcina grew up practically living at the magic item shop her parents owned. It was small but cozy and she dreamed of taking over the shop when she was older. That day came sooner than she expected as, unbeknownst to her, her father had made a deal with Raphael which got him killed after he broke that deal. Not knowing what happened to her father, her mother also mysteriously disappeared, leaving her by herself at a young age. Thankfully with her naturally being gifted in magic, along with her parents’ guidance through the time she had with them, she knew almost everything there was to know about making amazing magic items. She ran her magic shop for a few years before she got snatched by some illithid and put on a nautiloid."
