This is my One piece OC, Green hair Aaron (Former Mr 6 from Baroque works)
-Starting off as a lowly billion, Mr 2 Bon clay took him in as a mentor, teaching him out to fight and after he found a devil fruit, he rose through the ranks and became the agent Mr 6. He and his partner Miss Mother's day were mostly ran a ship just upwind of Alabasta, burning Dance powder to fuck up the weather.
When the Strawhats came and ruins Crocodile's plan, Mr 2 (disguised as Miss All Sunday) came to the ship and effectively Fired both of them, and they were able to escape from navy capture. After parting ways with Mday, Aaron took to the seas to become a pirate and eventually joined on as the Bombardier of the Strawhat's crew.

-His powers come from the Spark-spark fruit, allowing him to form bubbles of static electricity from the palms of his hands which can then be thrown as explosive projectiles or stick to things/each other with static cling. attacks include...
Spark spark Bomber (throws a spark like a hand grenade)
Spark spark Barrage (tossing out a bunch of sparks at once)
Spark Spark Ballista (using two sparks in his hand, he explodes one to launch the other out like a bullet)
Spark spark Whip/grapple (makes a long chain of sparks to use as a weapon or grappling hook)
Spark spark Baton (Chains sparks together into a stick for melee attacks)
Spark spark Cluster (making a bunch of sparks stick together to form something like a wall or a big fist)
-While he naturally prefers long range, he is also rather skilled as Close combat using a fighting technique copied from Mr 2 but altered to suit his more masculine tastes in men (replacing Ballerina Kenpo with "Gangster fist" punches and "Punk shot" kicks)
-Still learning Haki, he's mostly only mastered Armament haki right now, often using it to make his Sparks into hard armor-piercing bullets
