Made from scratch! Delicious!
Ingredients:
A Cup and a half of Chicken stock
6 and 3/4 Cups of Flour
3 eggs
2 cups of milk
10 cups of Turkey or chicken (white or dark meat)
Salt
Instructions:
1) Fill up a large pot about halfway with water, mix in chicken stock, add as much salt as you’d like for taste, and chicken/turkey, and bring to a boil
2) meanwhile, mix flour, egg, and milk, and a little bit of salt until it becomes a dough, no dry spots
3) once broth begins to boil, add scoops of the dough, turn to a lower temperature, let cook for 15 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered. Stir occasionally.
4) Turn off stove and enjoy!!!!
