Ok so basically here is what Celestial will look like half way powered or while draining someones power. Once he begins draining power his tribal markings begin to glow with a lite turquoise light and his hair and longer fur begin to turn the same turquoise and glow as well. I kinda had a hard time deciding if they should begin at the roots(like his hair) or at the tip (like his beard). Also I was told the Eastern style dragon he should be is the Canine Lung Dragon, so that is what he is lol
