Bio

Thief King

Ryo was born in Kul Elna, a desert region in the Dragon Archipelago. He, his family, and others were banished from the mainland for numerous thefts from the Dragon King and various other Dragon Nobles. Ryo being one of the best with most of his friends calling him 'thief king' as he and others managed to successfully steal from the Dragon palaces and several estates, making Elna off limits to the public.

Despite their banishment from the mainland, they succeeded in stealing from many ships, as many water Dragon types also lives in the village, many made Ryo their master of the area.
He hoped to eventually steal again from the palace so he and the others can live the luxurious life and stick it up the noses of stuffy nobles as they maybe thieves, but they don't do corrupt deals with others.

Last Survivor

A few months later, they eventually heard about a thieves guild run by Kroko. Everyone in the village hoped to apply and become guild members as their very skilled thieves.
Unfortunately word of this got out, despite the Dragon King protesting the idea, some nobility and even some Dragon guards went through with it as they can't tolerate the thieves anymore amd wanted their stuff back.
Several Dragon Mages captured nearly the entire village and dropped them in Vats of Pamp Gel, becoming permanent diapers. Much to the delight of the nobles, except Ryo whom watched in horror as he witnessed his friends and family becoming permanent diapers to Dragon Nobles, several royal guards and rookie guards fueling his rage.

The Dragon King eventually made his way to try and make peace, but was confused as their was no one in the village, like it was abandoned. They soon heard psychotic laughing, they checked to see the last survivor, Ryo.
The Dragon King wanted to talk peacefully, but all they saw was a twisted maniacal Dragon turning many of the royal guards into diapers, much to their horror, as he was enjoying it.

Lots of guards came to arrest him and get the king out of harms way, despite his way, he surrendered and was brought before the Dragon Kings throne. Ryo tried to tell him everything, but the advisor silenced him, the dragon king decided to look into this, but threw him in the dungeon cells till proven true, and to keep an eye on the dragon.

Organization

The investigation took a long time and he eventually started to go insane. Guards who were involved in the raid also taunted him since they'll never know the truth as the nobles and several guards already demolished the village, leaving no traces, taunting him

He was soon approached by Akira Bursyamo, who offered to free him and get revenge on nobility for what happened and for the royal family not intervening sooner. After a few minutes, he accepted without hesitation and was into the dark realm.
Didn't take him too long to offer his body and heart to the darkness, even relishing in it. Given a black coat and dark powers.

He pledged his loyalty to Akiras cause and would help in spreading chaos and disharmony as he believes it will appease the pampered victims of Elna. Even using his new powers to sneak into the treasure vault of the Dragon King and stealing gauntlets that the king was gonna present to a noble's son.

Overthrowing the Sand Kingdom

They decided to go after the Sand Kingdom as the Pokemon there recently became king, figuring it would be easier to overthrow the newly appointed king instead of the others at the moment.
He had no problem going after the controlled magic guild with Lucario, Loppuny and Toxicity.

When it was time to lead the revolution against the Sand Kingdom, he joined Akira in storming the palace, he took delight in turning most of the royal guards into diapers.
They beat up the Sand king and threw him into the ocean. The residents never knew the truth as Leomard destroyed all evidence of them.

They were hailed as heroes for overthrowing the "tyrant king" and the Sand Continent took delight as they kicked out all nobility there while Ryo destroyed the nobles properties and estates and stole their belongings.

Siwa War

Like the other members, he didn't take part, but was tempted after finding some Dragon guards who were involved in his village raid were part of the war efforts, he however restrained himself as he'd rather wait to see them suffer.

Siwa Aftermath

The war ended in Krokos defeat, didn't really matter to him as he really wants to get payback, he figured he'd help Akiras group help cause some crime rates to skyrocket if they convinced some Pamper Down staff to resign and weaken protection for nobility and royalty. He went after the dragon admirals.
