This time, Hylo decided to draw a new friend he met at the beach! He's a MANgo lovebird with a convenient beach shop and a love for swimming (even though he's terrible at it). He's lucky to have Hylo as a lifeguard who's always on duty, he almost always drowns every time he gets in the water...

This is the first time I've ever attempted full lighting and shading! It was rather tedious, but I love the way it came out in the end! Hylo's certainly been improving his drawing skills! Why does this style kind of remind me of Spongebob...

even though I drew this, I still don't like muscles... they're scary...
