After getting the previous puppyface more or less how I wanted it, I decided to expand on the idea, and made a panda fleece mask as well :D
Next, going to try for a rat/mouse and a bunny model. Small 1/4" tweaks make huge differences in how the shapes pull and stretch against each other. It's a very new process, and I'm liking the whole learning curve a bunch :)
That and they are freaking comfy. So comfy!

No, the head is as simple and minimalistic in design as is possible. It wears like a ski mask, so might wobble the jaw a bit when you talk. But no, thwre is no hardware. The whole head can get washed in with your laundry too, because it is all fleece.:)
You -could- put eyes on, but he hard surface to soft stretchy surface transition could lead to a lot of breakage, I would imagine.

Yeah, though fursuits, heck, cosplay in general can lend itself to fetishism...s? But yeah, the super form fitting costumes are usually not a show n parade thing. The smaller stuff is usually intended for smaller more intimate crowds, so I can see how the associations between the styles and common uses for the various kinds of costumes evolves.
Awesome, I say this because there is a Lego con in town on Sunday > http://www.bricksbythebay.com/
