And remember, if somebody is stealing, doing drugs in the bathroom or following women to their cars in the parking lot, they're not a customer, which you are encouraged to remind them of when they respond to you beating their asses or worse by decrying your supposed lack of professionalism.

Probably because dumb kids or their dumber parents kept trying to reach in and pull it. Especially if one such instance ever became infamous, like what happened to Harvey the Hound.
