Please, I really need a help
Please, share it. Especially among Irish furries. Well... what can I say. Life as a refugee really sucks. When you can't have your own place, little island of a calm where you can work and do what you need.
I live in a house, there are 4 Ukrainians of us. Me, my mother, other women and her adult son. We all are in the same situation, everybody here in fact is equal. We lived nice and in peace whole year. But now, things are become awful.
This women, she is sociopath. She also has a strong tobacco and alcohol addiction. Before we lived nice, more or less, but then she started to make more and more conflicts with us. She started to abuse me as artist, tried to kick me out of house under the pretext of "studying". Of course she didn't care about my personal interests and plans, about my feelings and wishes. Only said "You are nobody without one more paper. So get out of here and get another one!".
After, she tried to kick us out from our rooms. Reason? Just because she liked our rooms more!
And everyday it's a new horror. First, we tried to speak, tried to make a deal about living in this house. But then things are became worse, much worse. She started to blame us that we are stealing her belongings (but she felt free to throw out our), started to scream on us just because she wanted so. We tried to live neutral life, just don't touch each other. But she didn't stopped. She just continue make conflicts every fucking day. I swear, it's a 4th day of my strong headache because of fucking her.
We got two indoor kittens, and she started to leave them on the street just for a purpose. She is closing them and abusing, not letting them out from toiler or in. And today, she attacked me with screams and threats that she would throw out my cats. I can’t stand shouting and scandals very well, and instead of working, I now suffer from migraines and feel nauseous.
Now I must to worry everyday, every hour about my cats. Cause this women is dangerous. Her brother was in a prison, and all this time she was hiding from a police. Now I just need to keep cats in my room and check every time when they want to eat or go to toilet, cause I'm fucking scared that she can kill them, bury and say "Oh, they just escaped!". That’s why now my mother and I can’t go somewhere together. Because someone should stay home with the cats and make sure this woman doesn't do anything to them. Make sure she doesn’t enter our rooms, because they don’t lock and some things have already gone missing.
We have nowhere to go now. Tomorrow we will go to the police, but you know, they will not do much. They'll just say her "Oh, that's bad! Please, don't do this!". We tried our best to find a job, but now everything is bad as much as it can. We have no money, so we can't rent anything. And fuck... Attacks and protests against immigrants in Dublin. Suspicion of cancer. A fucking woman, because of whom I now can’t work or even sleep. And I just want to scream after this all.
You can help me here. Please, share this post, I REALLY need it. We just want to escape and live a quiet life with our cats.

Sound like a super fucked up situation. Sorry to hear that. Isnt there an agency or something else from the government that you can contact and tell them about your situation? She will probably gets a lot of money, housing you. There has to be someone who pays for this. And when she is abusive, the police has to take actions. Its not like you dont have any human rights geez. I hope the situation will get better asap
She is not the owner of a house. Owner of the house - one old rich man who is not living with us. So we have (or MUST have) absolutely equal right. The government pays this man for us. Right now, my mother is in the police, and me - staying at home with two kittens to be sure that she will not touch them. Also, I need to look for my and my mother's rooms, cause you don't know what to expect.
Horrifying to learn that this is still happening!
When you go to the police, make sure to inform them that:
1. you didn't start any of the confrontations with that woman
2. you have tried resolving the situation peacefully
3. your capacity to work, your heath, your pets and your property have been threatened or damaged
4. the situation has been escalating, and if they don't do something it will get worse
5. you are pushed to the edge, and need an emergency solution
6. if they refuse to help, ask what government or NGO agencies could help you
7. ask them if you should contact the newspapers/press to get the help you need
If the police won't help you, get in touch with the
group, and ask the admins to send out a message to anyone in your area who could house you for a while. You could also try running down the list of the members of that group and see if anyone would be willing to help.
Wishing you the best, and hoping for the refugee management to get their together and get you a decent place to live!

Yes, yesterday we wrote a letter with explanation with everything of this, with asking help us with this situation. We said that we tried our best to solve this situation peacefully, said that this situation damaged our health and capacity to work. In fact, it's a domestic psychological violence. Right now my mother is in a police department with this letter.
Also before you're message I already contacted with owner of Irish Furries chat. I really hope that we'll find someone who can help, or at least who will give a good advice what to do.
