i'v heard you can get them after you complete the main quest of black.
and regardless i don't really view it as cheating to get the non legendaries you want to use... me personally i've not liked the direction they're art styles been heading from the 3rd generation onwards...so i tend to just want a select few from the old generation and to beat the shit out of all the new lol
