I started a Pokémon Sapphire Nuzlock, here’s the team I’m using for the first gym

Kipper - Mudkip :My starter pokemon for this Nuzlock. I choose him because I just felt like choosing mudkip as my starter

Ziggy - Zigzagoon :A staple of most hoenn nuzlocks. I think I name every zigzagoon I get Ziggy, making him one of many

Wimple - Dustox :Another early game staple, definitely will not be a permanent member. He’ll probably be gone by gym 2 or 3 depending on my encounters

Toad - Lombre :Ludicolo is a pokemon I enjoy so I was happy to get him. Unfortunately I’m stuck with its tm and level up move set. Which is missing some great egg and tutor moves

Seth - Slakoth :Really lucky to get her. Will definitely be useful for gyms in the future.

Ninj - Nincada :Another great encounter (especially considering the alternatives on the route)
