World Divider Zen Ree'Va
Some say the world is divided. Ree’Va the Weavile/Thievul, Goddess of the Divide, wanted to depict it a bit literally. |3
I think my warriors can’t help but do stuff like this if they are given the unusual size opportunity to do it. Heheheh~ The wonderful benefit the divine undo button to ensure no lasting harm is done, so why not have some fun with it?~
I am especially proud of the armor rendition in this, both with the lighting and textures. >3>
Done with mechanical pencil on white card stock paper.

Amazingly well done scene, it'll take a while to appreciate all the details! Perfectly lining up the planet and the moon is a nice bit of showing off.
But... Seems like this would be a wee bit traumatic for the population, even with the divine restoration. Or are they so used to goddess stunts that this is kinda fun?

Just flexin' her skills as a warrior no matter the size and scale she is at~ ;3c
For the sheer scale involved, I imagine whatever would happen would be so quick the tiny mortals wouldn't even realize it is happening until they were already wisped away. In fact, with something this catastrophic, it might be the entire planet population at once instead of just in the sliced area.

This is amazing! Not only is it extremely pretty to look at because of the nebulae and Ree'va herself, but there's a lot of subtle details here. Not only is the pose dynamic, the slash is completely perfect as you said, thus showing her experience without having to know who she is.
Her outfit looks quite nice as well ; although it makes me wonder what it's made of and how expensive it is. I suppose if she's going to destroy things like this in what I assume would be functional armor for a macro like her she'd like to do it in style!
Scythes usually aren't optimized to be weaponry, but she's using it really well. Makes me wonder why she opted for a sight of all things? Was it just for a challenge to her?
Thirdly, I see that she's practised by slicing a moon in half [presumably that planet's.] maybe it's a practice swing but it looks just perfect so I imagine it was more like a warm up.
And if mortals saw this happening, i imagine they would actually not be scared because they know they're going to get unkilled. In fact i bet half of them would be cheering her on as it's happening!
I wonder what it feels like though, probably just like a second of blackness and then waking up after repair a few moments later.

That's actually a good question of where clothes at this scale come from. @.@ Super Titans and below all have it explained fairly well but Spatial and higher not so much. Might just be a simple "Zenythia wills it to exist based on the smaller version" sort of thing.
Also a good observation of her scythe as a weapon. Hehehe. I could see it being a challenge and/or symbolic of her title of Goddess of the Divide.
Maybe a warm up before moving on to much larger gas giants~
I could see mortals enjoying the whole encounter as a super epic ride for the day. So yes! That would make sense.
To be wisped away, I mentally think of it as similar to the game Phasmaphobia. When the player dies you go into this sort of spiritual realm with a white haze and can observe things happening but with the addition of a free fly mode. And then when the repair happens, you are likely to be returned to approximately where you were originally. This isn't set in stone and I might still change it but right now this is how I think of it when wisping away happens.

It is quite nice. Although i imagine the characters themselves have some input into it.
What does "Goddess of the Divide" actually mean in this case? It's an odd domain that isn't immediately obvious.
Gas giants would probably cut differently as well. And I can imagine Ree'Va cutting a whole bunch of different ones to see how the atmospheric composition and core change her experience of it.
Heck, I'm betting the mortals don't even feel any pain or at the very least don't care because they know there are no negative consequences long term.
I'd say that's quite cool. The dead mortals get to witness what the deity does as that kind of thing happens. I like that already!

Ree'Va can split into two bodies, each of her individual hybrid species of Weavile and Thievul. They are still one character but two bodies and personalities to get the job done.
I really should do some research on how exactly gas giants exist... I keep putting it off.
No, mortals don't feel anything! It's a safeguard that slightly predicts the future to know something is about to happen and prevent it.

I was aware of that, but I wasn't aware that Ree'Va's divine domain referenced it so directly. Thank you for the clarification.
I imagine that information would be fairly easy to find. You could just go to a NASA website or space.com. And that's if you don't want to go and find a YouTube video.
That's even better and even cooler. I was referring to the idea of a spectator camera mode meaning they got to see what the deity did while in spectator mode. It's a win-win situation for everyone, including the macro!

Well the great thing about your setting is that the highest Titans could simply modify it so did it work that way or modify it back if it didn't work properly. Absolute omnipotence is extremely fun!
They could even give some mortals the choice depending on who the macro is and what the mortals actually want. That's a good way of satisfying a lot more people than just one blanket method of how that functions.
