Eyes are a huge part in making expressions, especially sad, melancholic expressions like the ones you draw. I don't know what's more difficult, characters who only have eyes and no mouth, or characters who have their eyes closed. D:

I got anoher haracter, an old one that I drew for soundsl ike a meldoy in its early stages but that I sorta forgot about, that also have her eyes shut, in her cae its cus she's a fox and I was inspire by the japanese kitsune-arcetype. I sorta want to bring her back, but it feels weird to do that now when I have introduced another character with her eyes shut. but I mightdo it anyway, since I want to update the characcter.
