Yes, the requester had done ban evading and is on DeviantArt despite being under 13, but that's no reason not to honour 'em with their requests. Seeing how they also like Bomberman too, I made it seem like Natia of Bomberman Hero fame has inflated Nami, one of Meowstic's OCs. I wonder if Natia won out against Rotteen in their little fighting session. Who knows?
