May I suggest Coca-Cola? It's basically coffee lite. If even that's too strong for you, stick to candy when you need stimulants. Hot cocoa fulfils the social obligation of "everybody holding a hot mug" and does wonders.

Try making cowboy coffee. Or you could French press... or pour-over. Those three I've found make the smoothest goodest coffees. Don't add sugar or creamer either, just drink it black.
