Sadly the discount doesn't automatically apply to "put your price" ones, only to set prices, so you would have to put the discounted price as the price you'll be paying! (ie. a base that would be €32 with the commission license would be €25,60 after the discount, so just put 25,60 as the price you're paying and you're good! ^^)
