Whoa, reminds me of a character of mine who drives a heavily modified Jeep that's similar to this.

Ah! How powerful is the engine of her Jeep and how skillful are her driving skills?

Given that she's very large in size and heavy, I would say that Jeep should have like 1500 horsepower engine. Basically it's a car-shaped tank.
( In real life Jeep comes at around 270~500 horsepower from what i heard, Depending on the model )

And I would say she's skilled, But she likes to run over enemies with that.

I don't think you understood what i said, But i am saying that Jeep has engine as strong as a Main Battle Tank.

But if you are actually asking about pedal pressure then answer is "i don't know" because i'm not that car savvy.
