This is a character from the movie "Turtles Forever." He was a Purple Dragon member that accidentally got splattered with super mutagen and turned into a dog mutant. Seems to be a pretty obscure character and didn't even have a name. He seemed to be a background character.
I thought he had an interesting design and decided to include him in K-9 Agency. His anatomy is kind of tough...and some things are probably off, but I will keep on practicing. He will also be Carface's number one bodyguard. I have an interesting story on how they meet. Can't wait to get this comic started again. Done with reference.
