And if you don't know who he is... here's a brief detail and history:
"TheOther" is the main villain of RNTR I. Who was artificially created and now seeks revenge by creating a witch hunt and starting a dictatorship trying to eradicate all magic from InfraTierra.
He is a somewhat manipulative and controlling villain, with a twisted mind, he seeks for the protagonist to be tormented by his traumas and fears, but the protagonist manages to overcome and defeat him.
