That outfit (mostly the headpiece though) looks familiar... as if it got pulled from either DnD or Magic the Gathering...

if its similar to something in those I wouldnt know, never seen anything of the sort in my experience with either but they have so much content I can't see it all haha. Closest ive seen is the aberrant creatures in age of wonders 4 with a radial golden crown. I just wanted the aztec crown vibe but warped with the lovecraftian creature she is. so bone in that shape it is!
