After 4 years, it’s time for me to finally reintroduce Maximus Glambchop, or just “GLAMBCHOP”. I’ve been a little hesitant to include him in Monstrous Majesty, mostly because of the timeline…but hey Monstrous Majesty IS a dark fantasy/sci-fi story so I can bend the rules here ‘n there. :P
Still works with the story! He also would fit in perfectly with the boys so why not? Tribute to Adam Lambert who’s apart of Queen too! 🤘
So who exactly is this “Glambchop”? He is the destroyer of worlds from another planet , which has a more futuristic society where time goes a lot faster than Rhye and Earth. Ever since he was a lamb, Glambchop always aspired to be a villain. One of his favorite groups was obviously Monstrous Majesty and admired Mangy. He’s always enjoyed his work style, fashion sense, and singing voice. Over time, he’s developed his public image and is feared by many across the universe.
Glambchop doesn’t meet Monstrous Majesty until the end of the second era, where they coincidentally met each other while raiding the same planet. After a bloody battle , Orion saw potential in Glambchop and thought he would fit in perfectly with the organization (and of course Sammy is jealous). Mangy was not present during these events. He was captured by Flash and sent to the “Intergalactic Prison of Punishment.”
Personality wise he is flamboyant, quirky, and sassy. Although he look calm and cool on the outside, he’s very hyper and excited on the inside.
While I was designing Glambchop’s current look I came across that photo of Adam Lambert dressed like a wolfman. Features similar to Glambchop, fist claws and everything. Same goes for his tattoo with the ram horns, SUPER cool. This cartoon is designing and writing itself at this point. When it comes to my inspirations, especially Queen, It’s very exciting for me to see things that are coincidental while still being extremely relevant to my vision.
