Nine and Dice in their feral forms: Nine is a dragon, Dice is a phoenix. Dice is not as colourful as a regular phoenix because he's colourblind, and his plumage mimics the way he sees the world. Nine's pictured here without wings, just wanted to design his basic shape/size/'accessories' lol. Just a really loose sketch with colour slapped on, cuz I need some ref for the comic.

Power difference, I wonder who's the "male" in the relationship--just kidding, love the design on the phoenix in particular. The greyed out form goes extremely well with the colour-blind nature of his character, good use of image to exemplify his image. The dragon though, was there any character hidden in his feral form? Or am I reading too much into it? Cause the phoenix does that and I'm wondering if Nine does the exact same thing where a characteristic is hidden in his feral form.
lol, actually, tbh neither of them is really 'the woman.' Dice may be smaller and a little more effeminate in looks but he isn't flambuoyant or feminine in his behaviour. >_> And they take turns *cough*
Nine's defining physical characteristic is just that he's big. He's bigger than most other dracs, he's definitely bigger than Dice, and he's intimidating as fuck because of it. But once you're his friend he's the biggest softie ever. He turns from grizzly into teddy bear.
