an adult will have approximately 1.2-1.5 gallons or 10% of their weight given silver is a dragon and other dragons are around 1000-1500 pounds 10% of that would be 100-150 gallons of blood. a human vampire needs roughly 95 pounds of blood every day or 11 gallons. so it would be safe to assume that he'd need 10x that of a human.
