A while back, I was having this issue of what character I wanted this bear to be. Originally adopted from @/doughburr and reworked by That lead me to think of him being a great rival to Greta, AKA "The Red Baroness". Even if he towers over her, she thinks he's a cutie that make this burr the grumpier. Despite his nickname coming from a harbinger of the skies. So, let's take a peek, shall we?

Bio:

An aerial “Hitmen” of the skies. A chill womanizer and an optimistic charmer. Constantly bragging about being the “top ace of the Democratic People's republic of Euros ”. Using this claim to harass others to get fighting for him. Using his turboprop '"TU-95" inspired strategic fighter. Striking fear like a harbinger of terror in foes. Leading to his skills to be hired to the DPRE organization known as "R-9-3". An organized crime syndicate to inquire funds to support the government by any means outside of its borders by illegal means. Usually by smuggling drugs, weapons etc. All defending them from the pest of the “Red Baroness” trying to hunt down and end their crime business. And he LOVES to engage in dog fights to bring her down one day for fun. Yet he rarely wins as a result by her faster plane and smart wit. The Baroness thinks he's "cute" when he bluffs around her as he tries to shoot him down.
