you could take a black color pencil or china marker and shade the middle part of every muscle black then lightening it to the blue under it on the edges :3

The trick to it (i think, at least) is to color everything in shades of black/dark-grey, then add in blue-white primary highlights and blue backlight (secondary highlights, on the side oposite to the source of light).

As for the color, It's nice, but if you feel it's not right then by all means expirament! You'll figure out something eventually!

Blue sheen effect is not easy to get but its simply a matter of deciding where the light source is going to highlight the bumps of muscle on the figure. Once you have decided what muscle is to be highlighted. You then put the blue sheen in the center of each muscle or "bump" then color lighter to darker shades of black towards the edges to get the effect of light shining on the fur to creat the blue sheen. Sholo is a very good looking big cat and its a good piece.

Another great one man and yeah, experimenting with coloring always takes time until you`re happy with the ressults.
