Good morning to you!
There's something special about introducing a place by flying over it. I always enjoy this especially in movies and games, so I really wanted something like this for Myre. :)
I had a great coincidence when I readied the post for TAPAS and for my Patreon: I found discarded art that didn't make it to the final print! And just recently, I struggled with a landscape painting for Myre Vol. 2 for as long as it needed to get right. When I found the discarded frame, I met my old self from 2014 and chuckled to myself. Back then, I had the same struggles and expectations about a certain feel and look for frames. It's comforting to know that not much has changed about myself. :)
Myre Vol. 2 art, the discarded art of this page and a higher resolution is on Patreon!: www.patreon.com/posts/myre-vol-1-page-88383091
Last week has been a blur, time-wise. You know, when you achieve so many things and are so productive that a single week feels like twice or more time. Grandma successfully turned 100, but that didn't come with a price! She accidentally fell and broke her arm. After the hospital visit, though, she returned and continued the party by staying up later than us younger people. She kept laughing, and her only worry was, "I hope I didn't ruin your party with my sloppiness!" What an incredible woman!
Myre Vol. 2 is going smoothly too. I'm still working on a highly complex chapter, for which my personal deadline is set at the end of December. However, I've been working so hard in the last two months that it looks like I'll be a whole month ahead of my plan. Fingers crossed! There's still so much ahead of me, but it feels more and more like everything is coming together.

Oh be sure we all have a good morning
When we see your works it is always a GREAT morning!
Such beauty and epic view can wake the sense of happiness through the endorphin stimulation via visual magnificence going straight through the nerves into the brain and right into heart
You make even barren wasteland look phenomenal and intriguing
The sheer massiveness and scale are breathtaking
THIS how you begin to welcome viewer into the created world making him awe and magnetizing his gaze with a visual storytelling
Sometimes the are no words strong enough to convey idea where art can say it more laconic than a whole book
Simply gorgeous!
And i am sure... this will be a great journey
